ERIC C. NORDSTROM was born in Paterson, New Jersey, in 1977. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Austin College in 1999, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Baylor University School of Law in 2002.

While at Baylor Law School, Mr. Nordstrom served on the Executive Board of the Student Bar Association as Senior Class Vice President and Parliamentarian. He earned membership to the Order of Barristers in 2000. In 2001, Mr. Nordstrom worked as a clerk to the Honorable Alan Mayfield of the 74th District Court of McLennan County, Texas. In 2002, Gerald R. Powell, the Abner V. McCall Professor of Evidence, selected Mr. Nordstrom to serve as the Teacher’s Assistant for the renowned Practice Court Program. During his final term, Mr. Nordstrom dedicated a substantial amount of time as a law clerk for Lone Star Legal Aid, a non-profit legal services clinic for indigent residents of Waco and the surrounding areas.

Mr. Nordstrom’s practice includes, among other things, premises liability, employment, and construction law, as well as general civil and commercial litigation.

Mr. Nordstrom is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, and the Houston Young Lawyer’s Association. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
