Mr. Edwards maintains a broad-based civil litigation practice, which includes personal injury, products liability, premises liability, and professional malpractice. His trial experience includes favorable judgments in Travis County District Court, Harris County District Court, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. His appellate experience includes the briefing and presentation of oral argument to the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit in King v. Ames, 179 F. 3d 370 (5th Cir. 1999). Mr. Edwards is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of Louisiana, the Houston Bar Association, and the Houston Young Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of Texas the United States Court of Appeals and the Fifth Circuit. |

SPENCER L. EDWARDS was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 1972. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University in 1994 and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Baylor University School of Law in 1997. While at Baylor, Mr. Edwards was a finalist in the Dawson and Sodd Moot Court Competition.
