Mr. Domning has handled an active civil litigation docket since he joined the Texas Bar in 1978. His practice has included litigation throughout Texas and elsewhere in both state and federal district courts. His practice has included matters in the areas of professional liability, products liability, environmental and employment. He has handled significant litigation related to oil field services and related products. Mr. Domning is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. |

BRYAN A. DOMNING was born in Coral Gables, Florida, in 1952. He graduated from Rice University in Houston, Texas in 1975 and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas in 1978. While at the University of Texas, Mr. Domning was active in moot court and mock trial competitions and was a runner up in the Kemp Smith Trial ladder competition.
